Remote technical support for photo booth users*

Who this support is for:

  • owners of SMOVE photo booths whose initial 24/7 support period has ended and wish to extend it for another 12 months,
  • DSLR Remote Pro software users who want to access 24/7 support (training required),
  • users of photo booths from any brand with DSLR Remote Pro software (support covers software only and requires prior training).

Users who purchase support are entitled to remote assistance via:

  • email,
  • phone,
  • remote desktop (internet connection required).

Support is provided in two modes:

  • Standard (questions regarding functionality, settings, print templates**, software options)
    Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
  • Emergency – in the event of a sudden, unexpected software or hardware failure (for SMOVE hardware users only)
    Monday to Sunday, 24/7 – internet access required.
* support is provided in Polish
** support does not include creating print templates on behalf of the customer
