Custom Design Photobooth
The device created for ZmierzymyCzas.pl is a true photographic powerhouse – it can operate both as a classic photobooth and as an automatic certificate printer for sports events. Each certificate contains the participant’s full details (personal data and race results).
Wireless integration with the client’s timing system allows real-time data exchange – users can search for their results. By entering their bib number, the device retrieves and displays personal details and performance results, which can be printed as a certificate along with a photo.
System Architecture
The device includes a range of features, such as powerful waterproof speakers for playing music and voice prompts.
An integrated constant LED light and Ring Flash ensure proper illumination for photos.
The built-in LTE router provides stable internet access – allowing users to instantly send their photo or certificate by email or post it on their Facebook wall.
Payment system supports both coins and contactless cards, enabling self-service purchase of photos and certificates.
The device features a 19" touchscreen with enhanced durability for outdoor use, with IP65-level protection.
Thanks to thermal insulation (2cm thick foam on all panels) and an automatic temperature regulation system, the unit can operate in almost any environment – from freezing cold to scorching heat.
The Mitsubishi CP-D90DWP printer allows printing of 5x15cm strips, 10x15cm and 20x15cm postcards, as well as two panoramic formats: 15x36cm and 15x51cm. Prints are dry and sealed instantly.
The system is equipped with a UPS backup battery, which protects against power disruptions and short outages.
A transport platform makes it easy to move the setup even across uneven surfaces.
The entire system is stored and transported in professional flight cases, also equipped with transport wheels.
The device includes a temperature regulation system. It features thermal padding, an automatic controller with configurable temperature, and four temperature sensors strategically placed throughout the unit.
The system maintains optimal interior temperature for peak performance, making the photobooth reliable in extreme weather conditions – both hot and cold.
The flight cases are ideal for storing and transporting the photobooth with other equipment. The dense foam interior minimizes the risk of damage or scratches during transit.
Each case includes wheels and handles – greatly improving mobility, even in rough terrain.
