The training can take two forms:
- in our headquarters - after receiving the purchased equipment,
- in the case of shipping - online using remote desktop.
In addition, we provide a printed instruction manual containing information on all stages of assembly and photobooth components.
We provide 24/7 support. We never leave our customers lonely with devices, even during events!
Thanks to the remote support application - TeamViewer, we can connect to the photobooth remotely and perform quick intervention.
