Technical support for photo booths
Description
Remote technical support for the photo booth users.
For who it is dedicated:
- owner of SMOVE photo booth, who is out of the 24/7 support period and wish to extend it for another 12 months
- owner of the DSLR Remote Pro software, who wish to have support 24/7 (training required)
- owner of any photo booth that uses DSLR Remote Pro software (support is only related with the software; training required)
The user who purchased the support is entitled to remote assistance via:
- phone
- remote desktop (internet connection required)
Support has two methods of working:
- Standard (questions about functionality, parameters, print templates) from monday to friday between 8:00 - 16:00
- Emergency when unexpected issue occurred related with the software or hardware (for the Smove products) from monday to sunday 24/7 (internet connection required)
